Customer Satisfaction Statement
Prosense Teknoloji, prepares a statement stating that it undertakes to deal with all kinds of customer complaints in accordance with this procedure and the legal procedures in the countries where the products are used, and the requirements of the standards to which the products are subject, and that it undertakes to fulfil all kinds of related obligations that may arise from them, and updates them annually.
In this context:

Prosense values and effectively handles every complaint brought to it;

Undertakes to comply with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and to fulfill its obligations;

Knows the laws and undertakes to comply with them, subject to the laws of Brazil (8078/1990, 9933/1999 and others);

Takes all necessary precautions regarding the received complaints, examines the results and makes the necessary warnings;

The Quality Manager is fully authorized to implement the QMS procedures and make the necessary improvements regarding the handling of complaints;

It undertakes to respond to all kinds of complaints under the conditions determined by the relevant local and international institutions and INMETRO.

Prosense Teknoloji provides periodic training to each unit on how to handle customer complaints.
Regarding the handling of complaints, we declare that the Quality Manager is fully authorized to implement the QMS procedures and make the necessary improvements.
We accept and undertake that we will comply with the sanctions to be applied in case it is determined that we do not comply with the rules that we have agreed and committed to comply with above.
