Prosense Quality Policy:
• To ensure and continuously improve the efficiency of our system, which we have established in accordance with TS EN ISO 9001: 2015, TS EN ISO / IEC 80079-34 and TS EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 standard, with good professional practices;
• To continue our calibration activities, which we have stated on the TÜRKAK website, in accordance with our quality targets, as soon as possible, based on the principles of economic, impartial, independent, honesty, confidentiality and reliability;
• To ensure customer satisfaction by conducting our manufacturing, services and calibration activities above our customers, legal regulations, standards and conditions determined by our organization, with our expert staff in their fields, our devices which are traceable according to national and international SI units;
• To ensure that all personnel carrying out our activities learn the system documentation and work in accordance with policies and procedures;
• Not fulfilling the needs and expectations of our customers for the first time, every time and just in time, and not seeking our customers for the products, services and calibration needs within our scope;
• To work in the awareness of its responsibilities towards nature and the environment, to maintain the prestige it has gained, to represent our country at the national and international level in the field of calibration;
• To closely follow and implement technological developments in order to reduce costs and increase profitability for ourselves, business partners and customers;
• To improve the quality norms continuously by improving the quality awareness of the company employees with trainings;
• Working in cooperation with customers and suppliers based on trust and mutual respect;
• To complete each project started on time, using the latest techniques, within the desired quality and within the budget limits.
